Questions
Things people ask us
How much does a porcelain patio cost?
A porcelain patio in Rutland and Stamford typically costs £150–£200 per m² all in. A 25–30m² patio is usually £4,000–£6,000, and Indian sandstone is £130–£180 per m².
What is included in the price?
Digging out and taking away the old surface, the sub-base, edging, the finished surface and clearing up. Council fees, such as a dropped kerb, are paid to the council separately.
Why are some quotes much cheaper?
Usually the base. A thin or missing sub-base saves money on day one and fails within a few winters. Ask every contractor to write down the sub-base depth and the product they use.
